Laura joined the Lawyer's Protector Plan program in January 2000 to establish and supervise the LPP Claim Department. Before joining the LPP, Laura spent several years as a claims professional with insurance underwriting companies in the Midwestern United States including CNA. Laura served as Director of Leadership Development for Brown & Brown, Inc. from 2006 to 2007 and returned to the LPP in April 2007 as Program Manager. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Marketing degrees from the University of Tampa. She also earned a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Media, Marketing Communications. Laura is a member of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Lawyers’ Professional Liability for the 2017-2020 term.
