State of the Student: How Prepared are High Schoolers for College, Adulthood, and Life?
Recorded

ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
High school students today face realities unseen by previous generations--a mental health crisis, a social world distorted by the negative consequences of social media, the ever-increasing competitiveness of college admissions, and the existential fear of climate change, to name a few. At no fault of their own, many students have suffered pandemic learning loss and executive functioning impairment, leading to a nationwide decline in core skills like writing and communication, self-actualization, and organization.
So, what can we do about this? How can students foster their own drive, and how can parents support them to turn that motivation into essential skills for genuine preparedness in college?
In this webinar, Polygence co-founder and Stanford alumna, Jin Chow, will speak to the power of novel educational experiences in helping students combat the challenges they face today and how to build a pathway in life they cannot wait to pursue.
