We are delighted to welcome Emma Bell back to GWC Plus for The Thriving Force Programme. This series is designed to be accessible to you at any time and is perfect if you would like to;

1. Feel fit, healthy and mentally resilient, every day
2. Build thriving relationships and meaningful connections - effortlessly
3. Have a clear sense of purpose, and the motivation to set and achieve stretching goals
4. Live with inner peace, calm and confidence, that remain regardless of what life throws at you.

Each coaching video is accompanied by a detailed workbook, with questions and pause points, just as if you were having a 1:1 live coaching session with Emma. The series includes action setting videos and questionnaires, to support you to make the desired changes in your life.

This series of four, thirty minute videos, is designed for you to be able to work through at your own pace, at a time that is convenient to you.
