Hayden has over 10 years of experience in health and wellbeing. He is dedicated to integrating high-quality wellbeing services into organisations, with a passion for improving lives through strong health initiatives.
Starting in a commercial role, Hayden quickly moved into mental health, leading projects to deliver NHS psychological therapy services. He has also collaborated with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers, homelessness charities, and integrated digital mental health services into the insurance market. This diverse experience has given him deep knowledge of mental health and wellbeing, including the challenges faced by individuals and organisations, service delivery methods, and industry innovations.
As a Bolton Wanderers Football Club supporter, Hayden has learned resilience from a young age, which has influenced his focus on mental health and wellbeing. He is committed to making positive changes and promoting holistic wellness for individuals and communities.
