About
Looking after employees mental health and wellbeing is key to productivity, as HR leaders well know.

For every £1 spent on supporting the mental health and wellbeing of their workforce, employers get about £4.70 back in increased productivity, analysis from professional services firm Deloitte revealed last May. The same research quantified the cost to employers of poor mental health as £51bn a year.

Amid record high suicide rates, and ever-increasing workplace pressures, how can HR prevent health crises at work? Taking place during Mental Health Awareness Month, this webinar focusses on preventative actions that employers can take, to positively support employee health and wellbeing.

Expert panellists will address:
• How to create a mentally healthy, high-performing culture
• The steps involved in navigating mental health crises at work
• How health and wellbeing strategy can be tailored to support men’s specific needs, and
• What HR should demand of its employer assistance programme (EAP) supplier.
