  • When will the agenda and sessions be available to view?

    We will post our agenda and sessions details starting in October along with special guest announcements and keynote details as they become available. The best way to stay informed is to visit together.tracegains.com

  • Will there be live Q&A sessions with the speakers?
    Absolutely! We're all for Q&A engagement – every session will feature a live chat box dedicated to your questions.
  • Where and when can I access the session replays and missed sessions?

    All content will be available on demand 4-hrs post session and must be registered to view.

    Sessions will be available on demand for 90-days post event visit together.tracegains.com to view.

  • Is there a code of conduct for this event?

    Together 2024 is open and inclusive of any delegate regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, political belief, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, ability, religion, or any other identity. TraceGains does not tolerate harassment of conference participants or staff at any time nor in any form.

  • What are the technical requirements to join virtually?
    Join via your PC/Mac or mobile device. Confirm your using a compatible and fully updated browser – we recommend Google Chrome, but Firefox, Edge, and Safari will work. 
  • Are there any tasks to take care of before the virtual event begins?
    Once registered and we suggest personalizing your Event Badge. This involves adding your headshot, bio, specifying networking preferences, and even selecting favorite sessions you would like to join during the event. You will have access to this 1 week prior to the event going live.
  • How can I join networking sessions during the event?
    Simply head over to the Community Center, where you'll find all the networking activities, including chat rooms for engaging discussions with fellow industry peers. Additionally, you can engage in each individual session chats and Q&A, ask our experts all your pressing questions. 
  • How do I connect with attendees or speakers?
    Head to the Community Center and search for People, then select connect. You can also send private chats. 
  • How do I access the event agenda and session details?
    Please see the agenda tab for full details. You can bookmark your favorites to ensure you don’t miss any sessions of interest.  
  • Who can I contact if I experience technical issues during the event?
    First confirm our using the most updated browser, chrome recommend. Next, refresh your browser window. If this does not resolve the issue, check your internet connection, and confirm your online. If the issue persists, please reach out directly us at together@tracegains.com 
  • How can I give feedback or share my thoughts about the event?
    We encourage feedback, to make Together a continued successful program. Surveys will be prompted after each session and as part of the post event follow-up!
