Fraternal Growth - Authenticity Matters

In the Shrine community, the lodge stands as a sanctuary—offering understanding, support, and camaraderie. Built on the principles of brotherhood, the Shrine fosters a space where individuals from all walks of life come together, each contributing their unique talents for the greater good.

True transformation occurs when brothers help brothers with genuine care, whether by lending a hand or simply checking in. It’s in these authentic acts of support that our brotherhood thrives. While Shriners are renowned for our powerhouse fundraising, that’s only part of who we are. By harnessing our diverse skills to lift each other up and sharing our stories of brotherly support, we will attract new members who share our values and vision for a stronger fraternity.

Following this session, learners will be able to:

Inspire members to build trust and rapport that empowers others to take action.
Strengthen and deepen genuine fraternal bonds through shared experiences.
Identify and apply authenticity as a key communication strategy to enhance engagement and connection.

Certificate Opportunities

Complete all four virtual sessions (live or on-demand) to earn the Noble Academy Apprentice Certificate. To earn the prestigious Noble Academy Master Class Certificate, you must attend the in-person conference in Orlando, FL, on April 10-12, 2025, and complete all four virtual sessions. This comprehensive program recognizes your dedication and commitment to achieving excellence in your field.

The virtual event series will take place from 1-3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Live events will be recorded and made available on the Shriners International Education Foundation (SIEF) On Demand Virtual Event Series website for convenient access.

Learners seeking to obtain the Apprentice and/or Master Class Certificate must complete all four virtual sessions live or on-demand by Friday, June 13, 2025.
